Craigslist, it seems has been around forever. I just finished reading a great article about the company and got a little insight into how things operate.
It was very interesting to read about the owner, and the CEO working in the same office – yet hardly speaking to each other… and also the fact that they DON’T HAVE MEETINGS! Yah! That’s the place I’d like to work. I much prefer e-mail anyway, and these guys have developed (I would think they prefer the word grown) a massive site that has more traffic than E-bay, and Amazon:
Craigslist gets more traffic than either eBay or Amazon .com. eBay has more than 16,000 employees. Amazon has more than 20,000. Craigslist has 30.
