I’ve had this domain for years, and years, and years… originally was intended to start-up a dating site however I never got around to it so just redirected it to DatingTech. I’ve made some money off of it, but an looking at selling it.
The site has A LOT of potential as a dating site targeted at seniors.
Domain was originally registerd January 2004 - so has good age behind it.
I would urge you to do your research before considering this purchase. I’ve never had an appraisal done on this site, but strongly feel that the dating market with is worth $1 billion could withstand another entrant.

Price for the site is negotiable, however I would be looking for mid 5 digits.
I would consider alternative arrangements, such as site lease - you pay $x per month over a set time period. I would point the domain to the IP of your choosing. Leasing would be in the 4 digits per month range. If you feel you could effectively market the site even as an affiliate then you could easily make MORE than 4 digits per month on affiliate revenue alone.
