Give to receive
Hi,
When I first started looking at internet business, and internet marketing I was very reluctant to give anyone a link to their site. If I did, I tried to hide it using complex linking methods or trying to use a short url service (like mine, or many of the others out there).
I didn’t want to give anything away.
I later learned that it doesn’t work this way. There is a saying, what goes around, comes around.
It is so true.
When I started this new blog, and got serious about what I wanted out of life I decided that I would not consider how I did things — but I’d run my site/blog and business that benefit not only me but my daily readers, visitors and eventually my customers.
That’s why you see my blogroll — I’ve not hidden it anywhere.
That’s why you see me recommending sites.
After all, I don’t have all the answers (eventhough I’d like to have them all) — and if one of these great blogs has it, why shouldn’t everyone benefit from their thoughts?
Here is an excellent post on Steven Lohrenz’ website. It is an old post, but the wisdom in it will never grow old. Well said, Steven, well said.
Regards,
Mohamed
