Some great comments on how to ruin your health… I missed a few, I guess because they are not “bad habits” of mine but certainly are habits you should NOT get into.

The first is smoking.  It’s bad for you.  It will kill you.  It’s bad for you.  Oh, I said that already.  But hey, if you don’t care about your health – SMOKE AWAY!  If you can get through a pack-a-day, then you’re on your way to ruin (and probably a lot of lost friends).
